By submitting this application, I confirm and agree to the following:

• I declare that all information provided in this application for an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to Canada is true, complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge.

• I understand that an approved eTA is not a visa. It does not meet the legal requirements to substitute a Canadian visa when one is otherwise required under Canadian immigration law. Travelers who already possess a valid Canadian visa are not required to apply for an eTA.

• I acknowledge that I have read and understood the eligibility and use conditions of Canada's Electronic Travel Authorization program. I understand that if my eTA application is approved, it only authorizes me to board a flight to Canada. It does not guarantee my entry. Final admission to Canada is determined by a Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) officer upon arrival, who may find me inadmissible under Canadian law.

• I further understand that submitting false information or omitting material facts in this application may result in refusal of the eTA, denial of entry into Canada, or future inadmissibility. Misrepresentation is a serious offense under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and may carry legal consequences.

• I acknowledge that I am applying for a Canadian Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) through E-SERVICES OFFICE LIMITED, a private third-party agency that is not affiliated with the Government of Canada or any of its departments. • I recognize that my purchase includes a processing and service fee of USD 79, which covers the government fee (CAD 7) and additional services provided by E-SERVICES OFFICE LIMITED, such as application support, error checking, real-time updates, and customer assistance.

Your application will only be processed once the government and service fees have been successfully paid. After payment confirmation, your eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization) will be issued within a maximum of 72 hours, depending on the eligibility and completeness of the information provided.

For priority processing, which allows you to receive your eTA decision within 24 hours, an additional service fee of USD 15 applies.
